The personal information collected includes your name, home address, telephone number and email address. This will only be used to provide you with appropriate information in the future. This data has been provided voluntarily to an email address and by phone

Certain other information collected will be required to complete a property licensing application and will be submitted either in paper format or secure website to the relevant Council. This may include financial card details and passport information where required by the Council.

We do not collect email addresses for the purposes of marketing newsletters however we may send occasions legal updates for your benefit.

IP address

When enquiries are made via the website your IP address appears on our email account however we do not use google analytics or similar systems to use this information.

How do we protect your personal information?

We will not sell, rent, or pass on your information to any third parties without your express consent. This will include passing data to the local Council as part of the licence application

We do not send out bulk emails or monthly newsletters so your personal data is protected

All electronic files and email containing financial data and personal data will be deleted following the granting of a property licence as it is no longer necessary to retain it.
